Building with responsibility.
For us, ESG is not marketing — it is methodology. We bring environmental, social and governance thinking into every planning phase, from the material data sheet to the neighbourhood assembly.
What ESG really means in construction.
We treat the three pillars not as a checklist but as a stance. Concretely, that means:
Ecologically resilient building
Lifecycle assessment, embodied energy, circular materials. We evaluate components not only by U-value, but also by origin, CO₂ balance and disassembly. Photovoltaics and heat pumps are standard for us, not add-ons.
Neighbourhoods you want to stay in
Building has impact — on tenants, neighbourhoods, districts. We pay attention to dwell quality, accessibility, daylight, noise protection and shared spaces. Tenant electricity and shared outdoor areas are frequent components.
